Quesadilla the Fitness Way

Makes 8
 
4 boneless skinless chicken
Pam spray
Small pan
16 mama lupa low carb tortilla
1/2 cup goat cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
Chopped up basil
 
Instapot the 4 boneless skinless chicken breast with 1/2 cup of salsa and teaspoon of chili powder
Spray pam on small pan
Place on low carb mama lupa tortilla on a small pan
Place chicken on the tortilla evenly
Goat cheese place one ounce evenly over chicken
Chopped tomatoes
Basil
Place another tortilla on top
Pan sear 2 minutes
Flip pan sear 1 minute
Serve enjoy eat one or two up to you!
