Beef Stroganoff the Fitness Way

1 1/2 pound of filet
8 ounces raw mushrooms
4 tables spoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup of I can’t believe it’s big butter
1 1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 tsp sea salt
Onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup of plan Greek yogurt
3 cups of egg noodles
 
Directions
1 Prep filet how you prefer it to be cooked
2 take mushrooms garlic and sprinkle onion powder in skillet with butter sauté it!
3 stir one cup of broth, sea salt & Worcestershire with step 2 and place filet in as well. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4 stir the rest of broth into whole wheat flour and beef mixture. Let boil and stir for one minute.
5 stir in plain Greek yogurt. 
6 serve with 1/4 cup of noodles
