Cheat: Mint ice cream
Meal: Chicken Parmesan with asparagus on the side and marinara sauce to top it off. (We have a healthy recipe – and it takes only 35 minutes to make.)
Shake: Mix 3 tsp of raspberry Greek yogurt, ice, and water with a shot of espresso and ON Casein protein. (This has really replaced my ice cream fix!)
Cardio: ONLY 30 minutes – right at H&H. 6 minutes of hill training, then sidestep up the stairs in back of H&H, next mountain climbers off the sidewalk bench, followed by step-ups on the beautiful fountain, finally jump rope, and end it all with jump squats onto the bench. WHOOP, WHOOP! That makes me feel so good!
Body part to train: I’m a symmetry girl, so I really love to train everything… It’s a tough choice, but I’ll go with glutes because that’s where an athlete’s “off season” shows and where most people forget to look. Clothes can hide, but you know the truth!
Pet: Sweet Bella. She is my buddy lap dog, for sure. (She’s a Shih-Tzu Maltese mix.)
KC restaurant: Ricco’s
Sports Team: Kansas Jayhawks
