Strawberry Cheesecake no crust

  • Glass pie pan
  • 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons of stevia
  • 8 oz of fat free crème cheese soften
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • Graham crackers
1-Pre heat oven 350 degrees
2-in blender put cottage cheese blend to smooth!
3- add vanilla and stevia to cottage cheese and blend
4-add soften crème cheese egg substitute and blend in blender mixture
6- take pie pan spray with pam and place mixture into pan
7-place in oven 35 minutes
8- put thawed out strawberries over top
9-sit in fridge over night
10- when serving take a peace of gram Cracker place side ways on top with little low fat whip crème! Delicious
