Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Oatmeal, Baked sweet potato and 1 hard boiled egg/li>
- Snack: Whey protein
- Lunch: Lean beef, chicken breast or salmon with steamed mixed vegetables (broccoli and green beans)

Training Schedule
- M-F 6Am to 8PM. Saturday’s and Sunday’s 8am-12 noon.
Hobbies
- My favorite hobby these days is spending time with my wife and 20 months old daughter. Prior to having my daughter, playing soccer was my favorite hobby. Since having my daughter everything changed. I played less soccer more time doing activities with her with my wife. Our activities include going to the playground, library and working out together.
