Meal Plan

  • Breakfast: Oats w/ dark chocolate, almonds, blueberries, peanut butter, whey, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. 16oz eggbeater egg whites scrambled. Bone broth.
  • Lunch: Protein shake (3-4 scoops of whey protein isolate, 1 banana, 1-cup berries, 1 tbsp. of honey, 1-cup leafy greens, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Dinner: 6oz 99% ground turkey, 1-cup black beans, 85% lean ground beef (2 patties), and 1 cup broccoli
