Meal Plan

  • Breakfast:  5 eggs, 4 oz. of turkey, 4 tbsp. of guacamole
  • Snack: 4 scoops of whey protein, 12 oz. of almond milk
  • Lunch: 8 oz of chicken breasts ½ cup of quinoa
  • Snack: Peanut butter and banana and 90% dark chocolate
  • Dinner: 8 0z ground beef, ½ cup quinoa, 4 tbsp. guacamole
