  • Cardio machines – Cybex Arc Trainer, treadmill, elliptical machines, bikes
  • 4 private bathrooms, including showers
  • BOSE System – you can bring your own iPod or CD and to listen to your owntunes. (Or listen to ours!)
  • Products for sale:
    • Optimum and ABB brand products, including shakes and protein bars
