- His & Her Fitness Certified (Employed since 2017)
- Cheat Meal: Ice Cream that’s been put in the microwave for 7-8 seconds, so that’s its nice and soft. Then if I can stir it up with a brownie to make a soup like substance, I will have that.
- Cardio: I put my treadmill at 10 incline and walk for however long I can.
- Body part to train: Chest/ shoulders.

- Tuesday/ Saturday workouts w/ cardios two times a week
