His & Hers Fitness is more than a gym, it is a fitness community!  His & Hers is a place where 'everybody knows your name'!  I am a 62-year-old male that hasn't worked out much since college.  I have Type 1 Diabetes, in good control utilizing an insulin pump.  Three years ago this month, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's.  And I need to drop 23 pounds...or more.

During my first conversation with Christina, she asked me for three goals.  First, improve balance and flexibility.  Second, improve strength, and finally, drop pounds.  I am into my third week and already see results.

Christina's gym is always clean!  If I touch something, someone comes along to disinfect.  The gym is bright and well equipped.  And, Christina and her team hold fund raisers to support things like Parkinson's research and children in need.  How awesome is that?

I cannot say enough great things about my trainers, Rheanna, Josh & Christina.  They are professional, and personable.  They really do know everybody's name and greet you when you walk in.  And they are good for a laugh or three.  Rheanna, Josh & Christina really care about me as a person.  They are fantastic instructors and encouragers!  An example, as I worked out this morning, my technique was a little lacking on some of the weight lifting exercises.  Rheanna was patient while demonstrating the correct, safe way to do the exercise.  And she pushed me to the limit...which is why am I working out.  End results, I am seeing progress and I feel so good!!!

I have found a wonderful support team at H & H. Christina and her team help motivate and inspire me to keep pushing forward in my journey to be strong and healthy. I have seen incredible progress and results. The trainers I work with are knowledgeable and caring. I’ve never felt intimidated or out of place. OMG--His & Her Fitness is amazing. I have been involved in fitness at one level or another for the last forty years, and I thought I knew a lot about the subject. I learned so much from Christina and her team in my first 90 minutes working with them--a truly life-changing fitness experience. Firstly, their gym and facilities are outstanding. A perfect blend of the latest tech and the best of the old school proven equipment, all in an immaculate, family friendly environment. In 90 minutes I learned how my body was functioning, where my trouble areas were, and was given personalized strategies to improve my balance, flexibility, and strength, ALSO a personalized nutrition program based on my goals. Love working out here! Seen lots of progress, especially in muscle gain and fat loss. I’ve definitely seen improvements in my strength and she has even helped me with my meal plans. I would definitely recommend training at His & Her Fitness.
