Salad in a Jar!

salad_in_a_jarLayer salad ingredients in a jar as follows:
1/4 cup raw spinach
1/4 cup apple cubed
1/4 cup sweet potato
4 oz. prepped chicken breast
Avocado slices
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Mix dressing and use lightly over jar salad:
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic
3 teaspoons tomato paste
3 teaspoons raspberry jam low sugar

(Note: Dressing serves 10)
