Turkey (slim waistline!) Burger

TurkeyBurger1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced red pepper
2 tablespoons spicey mustard
2 garlic cloves

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Make four 4-oz patties.
Cook in pan (with Pam spray).

Serve with a lettuce wrap, a whole-wheat tortilla or toasted Ezekiel bread. Feel free to add 2 tsp avocado.
