5 egg whites
1 scoop Whey Gold Standard
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut butter
Dash pumpkin spice
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Pour batter in muffin tin. (Makes four muffins.)
Bake 22 minutes at 375 degrees.
For icing — mix one scoop of Whey Gold Standard (vanilla) with a little water and a dash of cinnamon.
