2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup Italian dressing –
2 tsp basil pesto (by CIBO
2 slices of fresh mozzarella
Red pepper slices
2 sandwich thins (recommend Oroweat-multi grain)
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing overnight.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Place chicken on sandwich thins.
Add pesto, mozzarella and red pepper to each sandwich.
