Honeyglazed Salmon with Butternut Squash

oven to 375 degrees.
Spray Pam on tray.
Use salmon rub of your choice and lightly rub over salmon.
Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and dribble
1 tsp of honey over salmon.
Put back in oven and bake for 10 more minutes.

Butternut Squash
Spray Pam on cooking tray.
Cut up squash (like french fries!) and place on tray.
Sprinkle with pinch of sea salt and top with Cajun seasoning.
Place in oven at 375 degrees.
Cook for 12 minutes then flip and cook for 12 minutes more.
(Serving size should be 1/2 cup.)
