Healthy Holiday Salad

Even fiber can be festive!

Holiday Salad
1 bag of spinach
15 strawberries – chopped
10 blueberries
Mix together in salad bowl

Salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 cup red wine vinegar
Pepper – to taste
Mix and blend with salad
