Grilled Salmon

3 Tbsp olive oil
Dash of dill
Dash of black pepper
Lemon juice to taste

Mix above ingredients and rub over salmon.
Grill salmon on wood plank — 7 minutes on each side.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes and green beans — and, if you like, sprinkle garlic and thyme on top!
