(Prep time = 7 minutes; cook time = 37 minutes)
4 4-oz chicken breasts
3 tbsp liquid amino seasoning
(Christina recommends Bragg’s Liquid
Aminos – All Purpose Seasoning)
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
Put chicken in bag with amino seasoning, garlic and olive oil.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray Pam in pyrex pan.
Place chicken in pan and cook for 37 minutes.
Spread almond butter over each chicken breast immediately after removing from oven.
Serve and enjoy. (Christina suggests serving with long stem broccoli.) Cheers to a healthy new year!
