Fruit Pizza

1 pkg sugar cookie dry mix
Round Cookie Pan
Assorted fruit (blueberries/strawberries/pineapple/mandarin oranges/raspberries)
1 pkg sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
1 container fat free cool whip
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
1 cup skim milk

Cook cookie as directed on package but omit butter and eggs and replace butter with applesauce and eggs with egg beaters. In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix with 1 cup milk, 1 container fat free cool whip and 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese (softened). After cookie has finished baking and has cooled, ice the cookie with the cool whip mixture. Place fruit on top to decorate!
