Egg Nog Shake

eggnog10 oz. Egg Nog
(Christina recommends Horizon Organic Low Fat Egg Nog)
2 tsp. vanilla cream Casein protein
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla ice cream protein powder
4 ice cubes (Use ice to taste)
Mix in blender or Magic Bullet. Drink up!
