Egg and Cottage Cheese Bake

Small container of non fat cottage cheese
Reduced Sodium vegetable soup mix
8-10 egg whites

Add about half a package of Knorr Vegetable soup mix to cottage cheese and mix well. (more or less cottage cheese or soup mix can be used depending on personal taste). Spread cottage cheese mixture into a 9″ glass pie plate. Beat eggs whites lightly with fork and then pour over cottage cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs set up – usually about 30 minutes. (this one taste good at room temperature too!).
