2 cups almond meal
2 tsp cinnamon
5 packets oatmeal
1/2 tsp of Stevia
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup coconut shavings
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
(Christina also suggests carob chips as another option)
4 servings casein protein (chocolate)
8 servings fitness fiber
6 egg whites
4 whole eggs
3 cups applesauce
2 cups water
Mix dry ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add eggs, applesauce and water. (Add water intermittently until mixture reaches the texture of applesauce.) Pour into your choice of cake pan or muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy your chocolate treat. It’s a great post-workout snack.
