Chicken Salsa Recipe

4-6 Boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups salsa of your choice (about a medium sized jar; the thicker, the better)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of ground chili pepper
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice (squeezing the lime is the hardest part)

Coat the crock-pot with nonstick cooking spray of your choice and throw in the chicken (crock-pot liners work also).
Pour the salsa over the chicken coating evenly.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 – 3.5 hours until tender and moist.
Stir in the cumin, chili pepper, and lime juice.
Cook for 15 more minutes, then serve.
