1 Chopped Apple
1 Tablespoon Slivered Almonds (or Nuts of your choice)
1/3 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. of Lite Maple Syrup

Cook altogether in a nonstick skillet on low until bubbly. Take one half and eat with one portion cottage cheese.
