Almond Chicken Dijon (

4 Small boneless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp lite/fat free mayo
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 c. chopped almonds (natural)

Mix mayo and mustard until blended. Spread top side of each chicken breast with 1 tbsp. of the mixture and sprinkle evenly with almonds. Place chicken in baking dish coated with pam. Bake 20-25 mins at 375 degrees. 200 cal 9g fat 26g protein 3g carb
