Mug Cake


Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour 
2 tsp Truvia (a natural sweetener)
2 TBS lemon juice 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 TBS coconut butter 
1 large egg, whipped 
Mix all of the above in bowl 

Divide mix into two microwave safe mugs.  Place one mug in the microwave at a time and cook for 1 minute 20 seconds.  

For the topping mix 1 tsp greek yogurt with honey and one Truvia packet.
